8月23日(金)ささえりあ熊本西では小島ふれあいの集いにて行なわれた広域リハビリテーションや、なすび園の方々の協力による体力測定
(男性の部)に参加させて頂きました。
握力測定や5m歩行、片足立ち、タイムアップ アンド ゴウ(イスに座った状態から目標地点を一周して、再度イスに座るまでの時間を
計測する。)が行なわれ、参加者の方々も熱心に取り組まれていました。
体力測定の結果、片足立ちに不安がある方が多くみられ、お尻の筋肉を鍛える運動を行なわれました。
お尻の筋肉を鍛えることで転倒しにくい下半身を保てます。
日頃よりお尻を鍛えて転倒予防に励みましょう。
