10月25日(金)ささえりあ熊本西では小島ふれあいの集いにて行なわれた広域リハビリテーションや、なすび園の方々の協力による体力測定(女性の部)に参加させて頂きました。
握力測定や5m歩行、片足立ち、タイムアップ アンド ゴウ(イスに座った状態から目標地点を一周して、再度イスに座るまでの時間を計測する。)が行なわれ、参加者の方々も熱心に取り組まれていました。
体力測定後、自宅でできるセルフエクササイズの紹介と足の横上げ運動を行なわれました。足の横上げ運動時の足の位置などポイントをふまえて指導され、参加者の方々も「いつもの運動より効いた」等の声がみられてました。
日頃から運動を生活に取り入れて転倒予防に励みましょう。
